No. 50B Alanya/Antalya INFORMATION ABOUT PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA BY SIYAH BEYAZ This Notification and Disclosure Form has been prepared within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) regulating the processing and transfer of personal data of real persons. Under Law No. 6698, any up-to-date information you share with our company will be considered as “Personal Data.” The security of your personal data is of great importance to us, and your personal data will be stored in accordance with the conditions required by the legislation, as securely as possible and for the period required by legal obligations.
a) Data Controller As per the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), your personal data may be processed by Siyah Beyaz as the “Data Controller” within the scope described below.
b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data Collected personal data are processed for the following purposes: fulfillment of obligations of real and legal persons in relation to our company and our company’s business relations, informing about updates, establishment and performance of contracts with you, reminder and fulfillment of legal obligations, various advertising and marketing activities, conducting surveys and polls, obtaining your opinions, determining suitable products, projects, and services for you, tailoring and improving these for you, providing effective customer service, notifying you of changes relevant to you in legislation and internal policies, or making other notifications relevant to you, sending birthday greetings, inclusion in drawings or contests, giving gifts, and conducting similar other activities, promotions, and campaigns beneficial to you, informing you via electronic mail, SMS, and fax, keeping you informed about campaigns, sending printed bulletins, magazines, articles related to campaigns, determining visitor profiles, evaluating requests, demands, and complaints, and conducting our company’s human resources policies.
c) Recipients and Purposes of Transferring Processed Personal Data Processed personal data may be transferred to our indirect/direct domestic/foreign subsidiaries, affiliated partnerships, companies, and other 3rd parties or organizations such as domestic/foreign/international public/private institutions and organizations, companies, within the framework of the aforementioned purposes under the title of this notice (b), within the scope of complying with the conditions stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL and taking the necessary security measures. d) Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Personal Data Your personal data may be obtained through various channels such as Siyah Beyaz’s headquarters, branches, agents, sales offices, or other subcontractors or business partners you may contact, physical environments, call centers, websites, mobile applications, electronic transaction platforms, social media, or other public platforms. Your personal data are collected and processed based on legitimate interests or explicit consent under Article 5/2(c), 5/2(e), 5/2(f) of the PDPL and the necessity of processing personal data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party. In accordance with Article 13/1 of the PDPL, you can submit your requests related to the exercise of your rights mentioned above in writing to our Company. If fees are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, our Company will charge the fees specified in the tariff. Within this framework, individuals may personally deliver their requests containing their explanations about the rights they request to use in this form to the Siyah Beyaz Sales and Marketing Department, “Güller Pınarı Mahallesi Hasan Akçalıoğlu Caddesi No.50B Alanya/Antalya” address with wet signed documents that identify their identity, or send them through a notary public.
